  • Work with functional business area to build and review business cases for ERP enhancement application
  • Coordinates gathering and investigation of requirements of ERP modules as well as information that is coming from other application needed in the development of a strategic changes involving applications and Oracle system.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and maintain a secure and safe work environment.
  • Create and maintain business requirement documents , system configuration documents, detailed functional design documents, test plans, test cases and implementation documents.
  • Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetable with user departments; directing and guiding implementation team; and coordinating with third party vendor.
  • Provide initial and secondary support to module and application users' concern by conducting diagnosis and implementing solutions when available. Coordinate with third party technical support in the resolution of application and ERP problems
  • Maintains technical and professional knowledge by attending educational workshop; reviewing technical publication; and participating in professional societies.
  • Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards.
