Service Delivery Manager (Position Code 017)

We have an immediate need for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to be deployed in the South Luzon Region. 

The ideal candidate will have a blend of previous SDM or Project Management experience combined with great communication skills and the ability to work with personnel at all levels from staff to stakeholders. 

  • Strong leadership and communication skills 
  • Need to have strong thought leadership and able to provide continuous service improvements 
  • Must have strong will to work in extremely challenging environment 
  • Ability to multitask and very effective in producing results 
  • Ability to lead 10+ team members supporting IT Infrastructure and End-Users 
  • Knowledge with MS Office. MS Visio, MS Project and Service Desk Tools
  • Proven leadership experience and accountability on incidents is a must 
  • Understanding of Service Delivery Life Cycle and project management 
  • Ability to provide weekly & monthly metrics
  • Strong knowledge on ITIL Processes

1) Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field

2) Post-graduate degree is a plus
