Responsibilities:
  • Administer a Microsoft Windows Server environment including Active Directory, DFS, DHCP, DNS, IIS, printing and group policy, SCCM, Citrix XenApp and VMware vSphere.
  • Work trouble tickets from Service Desk application and monitor team work queue.
  • Apply updates and patches to systems regularly.
  • Run audit reports against server environment for audit compliance.
  • Review documentation regularly, create and update when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Review daily logs, perform daily tasks and work on team projects as assigned.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for 24/7 support.
  • Support the efforts of the Tech Support team as second or third level support.

SAP Basis (Position Code : 018)

We have an immediate need for an experienced SAP Basis to be deployed in the South Luzon Region. 

Overview:
The SAP Administrator is responsible for the cross-functional development of an effective Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Order To Cash process. For the creation of an integrated project schedule that encompasses all aspects of the ERP Build Program and for the actual execution in conformance to plans and the continuing update and adjustment of plans and execution to fit changing circumstances.

The SAP Administrator must have the ability to exercise overall day-to-day executions while balancing the needs for each department. This leader should also be a Robust communicator and must interact regularly and comfortably across various departments -- from individual to the ERP Leadership Team level in order to negotiate solutions that foster strong relationships and continued success of the project.

Implement and lead an effective project change management process that pro-actively identifies changes and incorporates an appropriate impact analysis and approval for such changes across the Manufacturing and Supply Chain departments. Responsible for creating and maintaining User Role Access, Data Security Liaison (DSL), Vendor Data, Planning Data, Financial Data pertaining to direct and indirect materials, Quality Management Data pertaining to Country Specific requirements, General Plant Data & Storage information, Procurement & Lab Data, Inventory Control Cycle, Tolerances & Tracking and Material Management Master Data.

Actively directs the development and maintenance of plans, practices and assignments to identify, quantify and contain the occurrence and potential impact of risks and risk events on the execution of a program and its likelihood of success.

The SAP Administrator is responsible for making timely, effective decision at the project level and communicating those decisions both up and down to Leadership, while approaching needed decisions in a logical and thoughtful manner and weighing conflicting information.

Leadership qualities including the ability to motivate, inspire, counsel and facilitate individuals and teams to take responsibility and accountability for timely executions is a must.


Summary of Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and fully accountable for the successful SAP design, build, testing and implementation along with the launch and post-launch processes for Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
  • Develop, socialize and implement the MRP Data Setup Guide.
  • Develop, socialize and implement Finite Scheduling data and setup.
  • Develop, socialize and implement Process Manufacturing data and setup.
  • Develop, socialize and implement Delivery processing data and setup.
  • Develop, socialize and implement Sales Order Processing data and setup.
  • Develop, socialize and implement Vendor and Procurement Master Data and setup.
  • Develop, socialize and implement Warehouse design data and setup.
  • Develop, socialize and implement Serialization data and setup.
  • Develop, socialize and implement Direct and Indirect Procurement.
  • Develop, socialize and implement the Master Properties.
  • Develop, socialize and implement Stock Transport Orders data and setup.
  • Develop, socialize and implement Physical Inventory and Misc Movements data and setup.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy for Material codes, descriptions, types, levels, unit of measures, reorder points, on hand balance tolerances, economic order quantities, tank farm logistics and manufacturing process steps.
  • Work with Manufacturing to develop and implement standard labor costs, specific gravities, standard equipment operation and phases, standard equipment hours, maximum time out of refrigeration and manufacturing classifications for BOMs.
  • Develop, design, and assemble data for custom business needs utilizing data analysis tools.
  • Be the single internal point of contact for Manufacturing and Supply Chain SAP support.
  • Coordinate new-user training.
  • Develop SOPs.
  • Assemble and maintain the business process and system documentation.
  • Coordinate SAP software testing prior to release for production.
  • Responsible for solving complex problems and design, configure, test and implement solutions for the SAP modules for Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
  • Interact with the Business and customers to identify and document requirements that will be used to produce systems requirement expectations.
  • Transform business requirements into system specifications and provide estimates to meet.
  • Configure the system according to solution design.
  • Coordinate with the business for user acceptance testing.
  • Participate in department process improvement activities.
  • Mentor and role model among cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Commercial to ensure Order to Cash activities are properly built, tested and robust for patient fulfillment.
  • Help document and coordinate go-live activities.
  • Create business process diagrams as necessary.
  • In view of the developing and changing needs and opportunities of the Client during this start-up phase, this position may perform other duties as assigned and reporting relationships may vary.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum: 10 years of relevant experience in materials management in the manufacturing industry within a multi-site manufacturing environment.
  • SAP experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain a must.
  • Solid understanding of Commercial, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing and Procurement.
  • Robust Business System experience using SAP. Including multiple go-live and post go-live executions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Training experience.

Education:
1) Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field

We have an immediate need for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to be deployed in the South Luzon Region. 

The ideal candidate will have a blend of previous SDM or Project Management experience combined with great communication skills and the ability to work with personnel at all levels from staff to stakeholders. 

Qualifications:

  • Must have strong will to work in extremely challenging environment

  • Proven leadership experience and accountability on incidents is a must 
  • Understanding of Service Delivery Life Cycle and project management 
  • Ability to provide weekly & monthly metrics
  • Strong knowledge on ITIL Processes
